The following is from the EMCC’s website and is a statement which Gormley Church affirms wholeheartedly. This is a statement that seeks to appropriately define what it means to be the church of Jesus Christ in and to the world:
Unity in Essentials, Liberty in Non-Essentials, Love in All Things.
The statement outlines these basic, yet foundational principles: 1/ Christ at the Centre, 2/ Unity in Essentials, 3/ Liberty in Non-Essentials, and 4/ Love in ALL Things.
